Shipping Policy:

1) INDIA Delivery: We use INDIAN SPEED POST / DTDC / MARUTI Courier to send the order for Delivery in India .All products will be Shipped Max. within 2 -3  business days after placing your order. For India Delivery it will take Maximum 3 - 5 Working Days From the Date of Dispatch (Depends on Location of Customer).  Customer will be receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the package. A parcels progress can be tracked on Respective website of the courier Partner.

2) International Delivery : We use SHIPGLOBAL (Standard Shipping) to International Locations. All products will be Shipped Max. within 2 -3  business days after placing your order. Once Dispatched Delivery usually takes 12 -18  working days depends on Country and Customer Shipping Locations. 

3) Express Shipping Request: If you like to expedite your shipping, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request. If you require a courier to deliver your parcel more quickly, I can arrange this for you at an additional charge through Any Reliable Express Service like DHL or FEDEX (4 - 6 Days Express Delivery ).

4) Country customs / Duties / Taxes :  Please check your country's custom rules vis-a-vis Indian parcels/mails. Any taxes, duties, Customs charges etc. on the imports  will be payable by the customer. Seller is Not Responsible for any kind of Duties / Taxes / VAT / Customs Charges in Customers country. 

Return Policy:

- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will make certain you are happy with all of our artisan handmade products. You need to send us images for the Issues you face in the products.

- If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items up to 7 days after order is received for an exchange or store credit. No Refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately.

- Returns are to be made at customer’s expense within 7 days of original purchase. Returned products must be sent must have a tracking number. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be in new and unused condition.

- The Return Shipping Charges will be bear by the customer only. The Exchange item shipping cost will be bear by us.
